Shippou Mould Co., Ltd., a die-cast mold manufacturer based in Tsushima, Aichi, Japan, has developed the precision jack “EASYG.” With just a single hex wrench, users can make height adjustments with 0.01 mm accuracy, making setup faster and safer than ever before.

Traditionally, leveling large workpieces required cranes and shims—a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. By replacing shims with EASYG, operators can reduce crane usage, enhance safety, and cut setup time from 30 minutes to just one minute.

In response to user requests for external setup applications, the second-generation EASYG features a new donut-shaped design. This innovative shape allows the jack to be bolted onto a spacer block (jig), enabling stable external setup of large workpieces while improving efficiency and flexibility.
